The 48"W x 18"D x 48"H SC Preferred® commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems with ease, connecting to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to form a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 3-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and offers four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom shelves for added stability and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for reliable support. The rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the posts securely, reducing back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications that wipes clean easily. Shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and support up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. The pre-sized panels facilitate seamless installation, and the open design allows four-sided access to stored items, making this unit suitable for any industry where cleanliness is essential.
