Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this three-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability. Rivet button stud construction secures perimeter beams into the posts, reducing back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf, which supports up to 300 lbs. evenly distributed, is fitted with DuraDeck decking—a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications that wipes clean easily. The shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and pre-sized panels ensure seamless installation, making the unit suitable for industries where cleanliness is essential.
