The 36"W x 18"D x 72"H SC Preferred® commercial-duty boltless shelving add on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 5-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and allows four-sided access. Its heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double rivet beams on the top and bottom shelves for added stability, and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for reliable support. The rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams securely into the posts to reduce sway. Each adjustable shelf fitted with DuraDeck decking provides a smooth, non-porous surface that cleans easily, suitable for healthcare and food service environments. The unit supports up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, has pre-sized panels for seamless installation, adjustable shelves at 1" increments, and an open design for maximum flexibility.
