The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels for added stability and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for reliable support. The rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the posts securely, reducing back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf, positioned at 1" increments, is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth and non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications.
