The 36"W x 18"D x 84"H SC Preferred® commercial-duty boltless shelving add on unit is made from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for quick, hassle-free assembly. This 5-shelf unit connects easily to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Its heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability and reliable support. The rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts to form stable joints that reduce back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, ideal for healthcare and food service applications. The open design allows four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and shelves are adjustable in 1" increments. The unit supports up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
