The 48"W x 24"D x 84"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration, creating a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 3-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for reliable support and added stability. Rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into posts to form stable joints that reduce back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The shelves support up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, feature pre-sized panels for seamless installation, and are adjustable at 1" increments, making this unit ideal for industries where cleanliness and accessibility are essential.
