The 48"W x 12"D x 96"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 4-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability. Rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts, reducing back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DURadeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications, and supports up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. Shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and pre-sized panels enable seamless installation, making this unit ideal for any industry where cleanliness and flexibility are essential.
