The 36"W x 12"D x 36"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving add on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 3-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability and reliable support. Rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts, reducing back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf, which can be repositioned in 1" increments, is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that cleans easily, suitable for healthcare and food service environments. The shelving unit supports up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation, making it ideal for industries where cleanliness is essential.
