The 48"W x 12"D x 48"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand your existing storage system with practical, space-saving functionality. It connects to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 3-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick, hassle-free assembly and provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with single rivet horizontal beams on the middle shelf and double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels for added stability. Rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts, forming stable joints that help reduce back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it ideal for healthcare and food service applications. The shelves support up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, feature pre-sized panels for seamless installation, and are adjustable at 1" increments.
