The 36"W x 18"D x 84"H SC Preferred® commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is made from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for quick, hassle-free assembly. This 4-shelf unit connects easily to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system. Its heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability. The rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts to form a stable joint that helps reduce back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf, which can be moved in 1" increments, is fitted with Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications. The unit supports up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, features pre-sized panels for seamless installation, provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility, and is suitable for any industry where cleanliness is essential.
