The 48"W x 12"D x 72"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this unit includes five adjustable shelves fitted with Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to clean, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The frame features 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom shelves and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability. Rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts to reduce back and side sway. Each shelf supports up to 300 lbs. when evenly distributed and can be adjusted in 1" increments. The open design allows four-sided access to stored items, supporting a wide range of industries where cleanliness and flexibility are essential. The unit comes with pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
