The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom shelves for added stability and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for reliable support. Rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts, reducing back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf, fitted with DuraDeck decking—a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily—is ideal for healthcare and food service applications.
