The heavy-duty frame is made of 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability, while rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each shelf is adjustable in 1" increments, fitted with DuraDeck decking that offers a smooth, non-porous surface easy to clean, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The unit supports up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, has pre-sized panels for seamless installation, offers four-sided open access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
