The 36"W x 12"D x 84"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for quick assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. It includes seven adjustable shelves with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The heavy-duty frame is composed of 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability; beams adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, reducing back and side sway, and providing four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility. Each shelf supports up to 800 lbs when weight is evenly distributed. The unit can be extended with add-on shelving units and includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
