The 36"W x 24"D x 72"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for easy, tool-free assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. It includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, and double rivet button stud construction that securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The unit has six adjustable shelves fitted with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. Shelves adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs and support up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. The shelving provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility and can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
