The 36"W x 18"D x 72"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving starter unit is made from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. It includes four adjustable shelves fitted with Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface suitable for healthcare and food service applications, allowing easy cleaning. The heavy-duty frame consists of 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels for added stability and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for reliable support. Rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The shelves support up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and adjust in 1" increments. The open design provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and the unit can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
