The 36"W x 24"D x 60"H SC Preferred commercial-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for quick assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. It includes four adjustable shelves supported by double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels for added stability and single rivet beams on the middle shelf, all secured with rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The heavy-duty frame is made from 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with shelves that adjust in 1" increments and support up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. Each shelf is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to clean, making the unit suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The open design provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and pre-sized panels enable seamless installation. The shelving can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
