The 48"W x 18"D x 120"H SC Preferred™ standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design that assembles easily without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. It includes four adjustable shelves fitted with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The shelving unit has 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and heavy-duty double rivet beams at every level for added support and stability; these beams adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. Double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, creating a stable joint that eliminates back and side sway. The unit offers four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, supports up to 800 lbs. per level evenly distributed, and can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
