The 36"W x 24"D x 120"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, featuring a boltless design that assembles easily without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. This 4-shelf unit includes heavy-duty 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, with beams adjusting in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming stable joints to eliminate back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The design allows four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility and supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. The kit includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation and can be extended with add-on units to increase storage capacity.
