The 72"W x 18"D x 120"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for quick, hassle-free assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. The frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, with horizontal beams that adjust in 1" increments to accommodate a variety of storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming a stable joint that reduces back and side sway. The unit has three adjustable shelves fitted with DuraDeck non-porous decking, which wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. Designed for seamless installation with pre-sized panels, the open design allows four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility. Each shelf supports up to 600 lbs. when evenly distributed, and the shelving can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
