The 36"W x 18"D x 36"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, featuring a boltless design that allows quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. It includes a heavy-duty frame with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels for added stability, and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for reliable support. The rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form a stable joint that reduces back and side sway. The unit has three adjustable shelves fitted with Duradeck decking, which provides a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. Shelves support up to 400 lbs. per level evenly distributed and adjust in 1" increments. The open design allows four-sided access to the stored items for maximum flexibility.
