The 48"W x 18"D x 120"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features three adjustable shelves with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The unit includes double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, and double-riveted horizontal beams that adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. Its boltless design allows easy assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips, and the double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form a stable joint that helps eliminate back and side sway. The shelving supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
