The 36"W x 18"D x 84"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish. This 3-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips and provides four-sided access to stored items. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability. Rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming stable joints that help eliminate back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The shelves adjust in 1" increments and support up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. The unit includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation and can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
