The 48"W x 18"D x 60"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and includes three adjustable shelves fitted with DuraDeck decking, providing a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications. Its heavy-duty frame consists of 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, featuring double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels and single rivet beams on the middle shelf to ensure added stability and reliable support. The boltless design allows for easy assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips, utilizing rivet button stud construction to securely lock perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming a stable joint that minimizes back and side sway. The shelves support up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and adjust in 1" increments, offering four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility.
