The 36"W x 18"D x 96"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for easy assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. The unit includes three adjustable shelves, each fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications. The heavy-duty frame consists of 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with single rivet beams on the middle shelf and double rivet beams on the top and bottom shelves for added stability. Rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, reducing back and side sway. Shelves support up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and can be adjusted in 1" increments. Its open design allows four-sided access to stored items, and pre-sized panels ensure seamless installation.
