The 48"W x 24"D x 60"H SC Preferred commercial-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, featuring four adjustable shelves fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The unit has a heavy-duty frame made from 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom shelves for added stability and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for reliable support. Its boltless design allows quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, and the rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each shelf supports up to 300 lbs. when evenly distributed, and shelves can be adjusted in 1" increments. The open design allows four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and the unit can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
