The 36"W x 18"D x 60"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for quick assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. The unit includes four adjustable shelves supported by double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels and single rivet beams on the middle shelf, providing stability and reliable support. Its heavy-duty frame consists of 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with rivet button stud construction that securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to form a stable joint, reducing back and side sway. Each shelf is fitted with DURADECK decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to clean and suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The shelving supports up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, with shelves adjustable in 1" increments, and features an open design allowing four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility. Pre-sized panels facilitate seamless installation, and the unit can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
