The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The boltless design allows for quick assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips and securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts via double rivet button stud construction, forming a stable joint that helps eliminate back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck non-porous decking, which wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The open design provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, supports up to 640 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, and can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
