Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this unit features two adjustable shelves fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications that wipes clean easily. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level that adjust in 1" increments, supporting up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a stable joint that eliminates back and side sway. The boltless design allows quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, while the open design provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility and the pre-sized panels ensure seamless installation.
