Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, the unit features a boltless design that assembles quickly without nuts, bolts, or clips. It includes a heavy-duty frame with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level for added support and stability, adjustable in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to form a stable joint that reduces back and side sway. Four adjustable shelves fitted with Duradeck decking provide a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The open design allows four-sided access to stored items, and each level supports up to 800 lbs. when evenly distributed.
