The 48"W x 24"D x 96"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration, creating a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 4-shelf unit features double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers. The boltless design allows for quick assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips, and the adjustable shelves fit Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. Shelves adjust in 1" increments, support up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, and the double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The open design provides four-sided access to stored items, and pre-sized panels ensure seamless installation. The kit includes the shelving unit with adjustable shelves but does not include a starter unit or additional accessories.
