The 36"W x 18"D x 48"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this unit features three adjustable shelves made from DuraDeck decking, providing a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to clean, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet horizontal beams on every level, which adjust in 1" increments and support up to 800 lbs. per level evenly distributed. Its boltless design allows for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, and the double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, creating stability that minimizes back and side sway. The open design offers four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and pre-sized panels enable seamless installation.
