The 36"W x 12"D x 84"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems efficiently. It connects to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 4-shelf unit features a boltless design that assembles easily without nuts, bolts, or clips. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams at every level, adjustable in 1" increments. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service environments, allowing four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility. The unit supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation, and features an open design that facilitates easy cleaning and accessibility.
