The 72"W x 24"D x 36"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, featuring a boltless design for quick assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. Its heavy-duty frame consists of 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams at every level for added support and stability, allowing shelves to adjust in 1" increments to meet various storage requirements. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. The unit includes two adjustable shelves fitted with smooth, non-porous DuraDek decking that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for environments where cleanliness is essential, such as healthcare and food service applications. Providing four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, each level supports up to 800 lbs. when evenly distributed.
