The 48"W x 24"D x 120"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for easy assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. This 4-shelf unit includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, and double rivet button stud construction that securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, reducing back and side sway. The shelves are adjustable in 1" increments and fitted with DuraDeck non-porous decking, which wipes clean easily and is suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The open design allows four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, each shelf supports up to 800 lbs. when evenly distributed, and the kit includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
