The 36"W x 24"D x 48"H SC Preferred™ standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems with practical, space-saving functionality. It connects to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for continuous shelving across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, the unit features a boltless design that assembles easily without nuts, bolts, or clips and provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on every level for added support, stability, and eliminating back and side sway. Shelves are adjustable in 1" increments and fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. Each level supports up to 800 lbs. evenly distributed, and the double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts. Pre-sized panels enable seamless installation, and the open design allows easy access to stored items, making it ideal for industries where cleanliness is essential.
