Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 2-shelf unit features a boltless design that assembles quickly without the need for nuts, bolts, or clips. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level for added support and stability, adjusting in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. Double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, creating a stable joint that reduces back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with smooth, non-porous DuraDeck decking, which wipes clean easily and is ideal for healthcare and food service applications. The open design allows four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and the shelves support up to 800 lbs. per level when the weight is evenly distributed.
