Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 3-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level, adjustable in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, providing a stable joint that reduces back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is equipped with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service environments. This unit supports up to 600 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, offers four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and features pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
