The 60"W x 18"D x 60"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving setup. Made from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 3-shelf unit features a boltless design for easy assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. It includes heavy-duty 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level that adjust in 1" increments, providing added support, stability, and flexibility. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is equipped with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service environments. This open design allows four-sided access to stored items, supports up to 480 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, and incorporates pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
