The 36"W x 24"D x 48"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, featuring a heavy-duty frame made from 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability. This 3-shelf unit assembles easily without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips, utilizing a double rivet button stud construction that securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to form a stable joint eliminating back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications, and shelves adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The open design allows four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, and can be extended with add-on units to provide additional storage space.
