The 36"W x 12"D x 60"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for a continuous shelving setup. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 3-shelf unit features a boltless design with double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, eliminating the need for nuts, bolts, or clips during assembly. The heavy-duty frame consists of 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double-riveted horizontal beams that adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, reducing back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The pre-sized panels enable seamless installation, the open design allows four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and each shelf supports up to 800 lbs. when evenly distributed.
