The 72"W x 24"D x 72"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems with a practical, space-saving solution. It connects to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create continuous shelving across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 3-shelf unit features a boltless design that assembles easily without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. The heavy-duty frame incorporates 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, which adjust in 1" increments to meet a variety of storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The open design allows four-sided access to stored items, and the unit supports up to 800 lbs. per shelf when evenly distributed.
