The 60"W x 18"D x 96"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for quick, hassle-free assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. It includes a heavy-duty frame with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double rivet horizontal beams on every level, providing added support and stability with beams that adjust in 1" increments. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, ensuring stable joints that reduce back and side sway. The unit has four adjustable shelves fitted with non-porous DuraDeck decking that wipes clean easily, ideal for healthcare and food service environments. It provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility, supports up to 480 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, and can be extended with add-on units for additional storage. Pre-sized panels facilitate seamless installation.
