The 60"W x 24"D x 60"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this unit features a boltless design that allows quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level for added support and stability, adjustable in 1" increments to meet various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks the perimeter beams into corner posts, preventing back and side sway. Each of the four adjustable shelves is equipped with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for environments requiring cleanliness such as healthcare and food service. The open design provides four-sided access to stored items, facilitating maximum flexibility. The shelving supports up to 640 lbs. per level when weight is evenly distributed and includes pre-sized panels to ensure seamless installation.
