The 36"W x 12"D x 84"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems with a practical, space-saving solution that connects easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 5-shelf unit features a boltless design enabling quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, and allows four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams on every level that adjust in 1" increments, providing added support and stability. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming stable joints that reduce back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is equipped with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service environments. The unit supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, and pre-sized panels allow for seamless installation.
