The 36"W x 18"D x 60"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems with a practical, space-saving solution. It connects easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create continuous shelving across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 5-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, and provides four-sided access to stored items. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level for added support, adjusting in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, creating a stable joint that reduces back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is equipped with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. Shelves support up to 800 lbs. per level when weight is evenly distributed, and premade panels ensure seamless installation.
