The 36"W x 18"D x 84"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems with a T-post configuration that connects easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits, creating a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this four-shelf unit features double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, with horizontal beams adjusting in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and a double rivet button stud construction that securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is equipped with DuraDeck decking, providing a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service environments. The boltless design allows easy assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips, and the open design permits four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility. Shelves support up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, and pre-sized panels allow for seamless installation.
