The 60"W x 18"D x 60"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration, creating a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this unit features four adjustable shelves with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams at every level that adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. Double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to form stable joints that reduce back and side sway. The unit offers four-sided access for maximum flexibility, supports up to 480 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, and assembles easily without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. The kit includes double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability and pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
