The 72"W x 24"D x 60"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design that allows for quick assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. It includes four adjustable shelves fitted with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The unit has double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, with a heavy-duty frame composed of 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that adjust in 1" increments. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a stable joint that reduces back and side sway. This shelving system supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, offers four-sided access for maximum flexibility, and can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
