It connects easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 4-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams at every level that adjust in 1" increments, providing stability and accommodating various storage needs. The double-rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming stable joints to eliminate back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The shelves support up to 640 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, offer four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and include pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
